Ive got an odd issue in old.reddit.com trying to reach the setting to switch off free-form reports.

For some reason there is no access to the settings or anything below the sidebar text input box

I have tested on a couple of different browser, and another mod (also has full permissions) confirms the same issue on their account, so not a browser or cache or mod or perms issue.

Is there an email or something we can petition to get it fixed?
