I think it’s really sharp looking and the quality is quite nice. I dig the small single deck storage box that’s in the bottom left that is currently housing Tanglewoods Red. The lid is pretty nifty and turns into a rather large dice tray. The 20 Strong promo hero cards are stored inside one of the center sliding boxes. The other sliding boxes look good for storing the dice, chip, and instruction books.
The only problem is that I’ve nearly filled up the entire storage already! After snapping the photo, I’ve since rotated the core boxes and was able to fit Palm laboratory and a small Gamegenic token box (which can hold another small card game) inside as well. As far as traveling with it… I think it’s a bit too big for a backpack and it doesn’t feel secure enough to cart around on its own (i.e. no hand/shoulder straps nor locking lid beyond the magnets). Still, it’s a nice solution for the shelf at home allowing you to table games quickly or as a transportable box locally if you throw it in the car or inside a larger duffel bag. Obviously, the included smaller single deck box is better suited for travel, but I don’t think the large box is aptly named. Maybe the 3-deck box Chip Theory Games offers would be the sweet spot.
