Hello, hoping for an offer for salaried engineering role at CTC. I've learned a little about the levels, 91 92 and 93, but does anyone know the salary bands for each of these levels? Also, are all 93s managers with people reporting to them?

Will full time RTO at CTC last? Most other engineering jobs around metro Detroit offer more flexibility; 5 days a week fully in office is not common. It seems like Stellantis would be losing a lot of talent because of this, and doesn't make much sense in 2026. Was this a response to EV losses, and it will be dialed back or never fully instituted, or does it seem like it is going to last?
