Smart Profiles is like Steam Input community layouts, but for your in-game and device settings.
Instead of manually changing resolution, graphics options, GPU-related settings, or performance presets every time, Smart Profiles lets you apply a complete settings profile with just one tap.
Each supported game has its own page, and every shared profile has its own page too — so sharing a Smart Profile can be as simple as sharing a YouTube video.
Each profile can also be benchmarked on different handhelds. Those performance results generate an AutoPilot Rating, so you can get a better idea of how well a profile runs before applying it.
And the data is device-specific: Steam Deck results don’t get mixed with Legion Go or ROG Xbox Ally results.
Open the profile.
Tap apply.
Play.
When sharing a Smart Profile, creators choose between Performance and Quality, then use the name and description to make the intent clear — battery-friendly, eGPU, docked setup, or whatever play style the profile was made for.
The best part: you no longer have to manually configure the same in-game settings every time you switch games, devices, or setups.
Shared settings, one tap away.
