My sister got admission to NIOS Higher Secondary through a consultant, and we paid him Rs. 15,000 for it, which included the admission and all the study material. Now her exams are ongoing, and to our surprise, the hall ticket shows the code for Arabic to be 341, while the study material the consultant sent had the Arabic code, 235. Her paper is tomorrow, and we contacted the consultant. He is saying that he may have sent secondary class study material by mistake and that it's on us, and we should have told him earlier. However, we did contact him earlier via a phone call and told him that it's for secondary class. He told us to prepare this nevertheless. He has now sent the correct 341 book, which includes 22 chapters, and it's impossible for my sister to prepare. Who is in the wrong here?? Is there anything that I can do right now?
