[Tamriel Rebuilt] Can't find bound pauldrons anywhere (OpenMW)
I have been searching for the last bound spell (pauldrons) and using the wiki, but everyone it says would have the spell doesn't have it. Nobody in Narsis, Helnim, or Firewatch. Anyone have an idea of whats happening?
