I'm really confused between these two colleges, which one should I pick? Alhamdulillah, fee is not an issue.

WHAT I LIKE:

I like army-based things , discipline etc of garrison, I like the easy-going, stay in campus environment of FC.

WHAT I DON'T LIKE:

I don't like that garrison is a little too much like a school, I don't like that FC has like a lot of "Haram" environment, like not modest clothing, Haram relationships everywhere etc.

BOARDS:

Garrison follows federal board, FC follows Punjab board, i would love conceptual education but is federal board actually conceptual?
