Hello! I figure this is the best subreddit to ask this I’m Artillery in the US Army and I normally use the standard issue Gen III IOTV I’m looking to make it more comfortable especially in the shoulder pads and also more like easy to put on and take off. As you can imagine get stuck in a long enough fire mission you need to be quick to throw your gear on. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can modify or upgrade the gen 3 that’d be great or any upgrade kits I can purchase. Not really interested in getting a whole new plate carrier
