PREFACE/CONTEXT (you can skip to the main question down below if you wish): I'm not a very spiritual person. I've been raised around spirituality but it hasn't been my main focus in life. During the more hairy and rough years of my life I leaned into it more for comfort.

My main focus has been lead towards music.

I have major exams and performances coming up, based on everything that the world and my teachers and my tarot cards the morse that the rain drops signal to me are all telling me is

"I need to trust my intuition"

I need really simple instructions on just how to do it.

We've done practice exams and I have used my intuition to guide my answers to get them right but I always find myself 3rd guessing myself.

"Hmm i feel like this one, wait no this one... No actually it's a trick question it's this one"

The exam is really hard and it has some evil evil evil red herrings in it. I think what's killed my inner voice is stress and distraction when it's quiet I have an easy time focusing and going with my gut, but it's often really hard because It's never quiet enough in my classes to focus my thoughts.

(Yes it's loud because I'm sixteen and I go to a gritty little school and the relaxed teacher is tolerant towards people's antics)

MY MAIN QUESTION: is there a way I can clear my head enough so I can keep a clearer and healthier mindset, spiritually or even just basic selfcare tips. I stressing really hard. I guess I just wish I could understand intuition, but overthinking it is what tends to distract me.

PS: my apologies if this is unorganized with poor grammar.
