I've just recently bought a printer (ET-2860), and up until now I used to print my proxies in a local store, just asking for the thickest A3 paper (300g). Despite this, I've noticed that they sometimes changed the paper type, sometimes it came off more matte, sometimes more shiny, so I'm unsure what to look for to recreate this proxy quality in my own printer.
I've looked thru' the sub and saw that people usually prefer to print on sticker paper and stick it to cardstock, or laminate the paper after, but I'm happy with simpler quality, as it doesn't make much of a difference for me when sleeved.
The only addition I'd make would be printing on black paper/cardstock, it immediately makes them look way better, but when I did it at the local shop, it only looked nice when it was printed on matte paper, which I've seen around people talking that it doesn't do well with inkjet printers.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!
