Hello, I have a LEGION 7 16ACHG6 with an RTX 3060 and Ryzen 5800H, whenever I take this for gaming on my trips it seems to overheat a lot (100C ish temps) and starts thermal throttling in demanding games even though I turn down the settings, I personally have never cleaned the insides of it or opened it and it's 2022 when I bought the laptop.

I'm getting a lot of discussions saying that I would need to replace thermal pads too and not just the paste, is that right? Or would opening it and cleaning the fans work just as well?
