Bought this phone in January and it has stopped charging through the charging port completely it was fine until today morning but when I tried to charge it in the afternoon it wasn't charging no more.
Have tried everything force restarted the phone,removed the cover and tried,tried to remove any debri from the port, and there's no problem with the charging cable has been charging my other samsung phones just fine bought a new charging cable aswell but to no avail and i have been using the samsung official 15w charger so fast charging isn't the culprit.
Called samsung, they said I have to factory reset my phone and try again otherwise bring it in for repair now my question is why tf when I am paying this much for a phone and within the first 3 months I have to face such a major issue it's completely ridiculous,have been using the f62 before this and it worked without any issue for 4 straight years.
I just don't know what to do now will any repair come under warranty or not . Please help any suggestions are welcome.
