Hello! I am an auditor in big 4 for about 2 months now at dun ko narealize na hindi talaga ako para dito. Ang baba ng salary, got me questioning my worth, and walang compassion. I am planning to resign once natapos ko na ang probation period.

Pls help, ano po kayang career path ang pwede kong i-take?? If I shift to general accounting, can I negotiate for a better salary?

Can you please suggest companies with good environment, work-life balance yung tipong hindi mo need mag overthink kung may work ka ba sa weekends and offer good salary and benefits +++ hindi na need ng approval sa OT. Kumusta po kaya sa J&J? Emapta??
