My K2 blobbed because I printed a large dungeon with uneven base, and made a huge blob.

First remove mechanically and hot air the blob preventing disassembly, e.g. fan blocked

Then remove cap

Do an extrusion test to check if it still works, it does

Then disassemble unicorn

Then go outside, and use hot air 285° to soften and remove PLA blob taking great care of wiring and prevent bend

Reassemble unicorn

because of cold, PLA stuck in feeder

use aux port to feed printer, works

do a feew cycles to remove broken PLA wire

do a benchy test

upgrade firmware

calibrate

do a print for my robots
