Hello, I applied for housing at The Gem on April 13th and I’m currently on the waitlist. I’m starting to get a little worried about not getting a spot.

For those who were waitlisted before, what was your experience like? Did you eventually get an offer, and around when?

I’m especially concerned because I can’t visit apartments in person and I'm not sure I would meet the credit score or income requirements.

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any advice. Thanks!
