Does this ever make it through?
Tchaikovsky Symphony no. 5, 4th movement.
All bassi, and that means dozens of players, are playing this darn C# in fff, and all you can hear is those angry violins are hammering 4th notes 😂
The scoring looks like we and woodwinds should be talking to each other, but that quality is hardly heard in most performances in my opinion because of the muffling low range. What do you think?
