Is it possible to get an iPhone 11 activated anywhere prepaid? It was previously an unlocked start talk phone.

Have you ever had pax ,especially females that are unsure of drop off location or waiting on someone to meet them to get out of your car? I sometimes wait an extra few minutes to make them feel safe and not get reported, but it’s starting to happen more and more lately and I do want to rush and say I have to get to another ride, but I don’t want a low star rating or get reported/ deactivated for some bs reason. What do yall do?
