I always struggle vs people who have max % hp in their kit/build. Things like botrk users, gwen, and fiora, etc. I tend to go sundered sky into steraks most games, but pretty much any build stacks a ton of hp and it kinda feels like they rip through you even if you build hp and resists. How do you play against these guys?

Another champ is akali, websites say that the matchup is relatively equal, but I can't figure out how. Feels like when you go for w, its a free q + auto for her. Trying to use q/e/r, and she can just dash away or use movespeed from her w. How is the matchup supposed to go, what is the correct runes/build for her?
