I never really liked Psyllium Husk in a sweet context, as I couldn't get the mushroom flavor to dull enough so tried it in a savory context and I really liked the outcome.
The onion powder was the difference from making it palatable to tasty fyi.
Ingredience:
1 tbsp Psyllium Husk
3/4 coffee mug of chicken broth
sprinkle of onion powder, MSG, Salt and Pepper
Method:
Heat chicken broth in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Use a protein shake mixer to mix the chicken broth and Psyllium Husk as well as the flavorings you want.
A surprisingly nice, satiating and healthy "mushroom" soup for barely any calories and improved digestion.
