My parents recently divorced, basically my dad just left one day and then they started the divorce.
Ever since he hasn’t payed a single cent to my mom or me and siblings, we all live full time with my mom as well since he won’t get a real apartment so we can live with him. He hasn’t even payed my mom for the divorce as one does in Islam. Every time we try to talk to him about it he says we’re ungrateful since he left everything he has to move us from war(Syria) to peace(Sweden) and now ”we won’t let him have peace” because he thinks we want him to go back to my mom.
As I mentioned before as well he doesn’t pay, he throws in a bit here and there but my mom pays 98% of everything. Last Eid he gave my younger siblings money and nothing to me and my older sister. There is also last time we went out together I payed for my food and he payed for his.
It’s becoming increasingly hard to respect him as ”a dad” and to even want to talk to him. So what should I do in this case?
