I'm not trying to dig deep whatever the reason kung ngaa gin patindog. What I understand is it helps every Ilonggo to rest during this scorching heat.
What do you think? I feel like I'm just taking it in a face value. Is it overpriced? Funds not being used well? Basi hindi pag maintain mayad?
