Like title says I was excited to see that I was getting 300%+ precision rate and will just pretty much instant kill everything however that didn't turn out to be the case. I was still doing normal and crits damage. Then I checked my stats in-game and noticed the wording was different. It's also different while looking at it through the gear tab instead of the trait tab. Images below showing examples. I guess it makes sense that it wouldn't be precision rate as anything over 100% is obsolete (unless the vamps have some kind of hidden modifiers that decreases your % rate)
