I noticed a lot of people who include age on their kobold reference sheets always have ages that match the human age of maturity; putting them in their 20’s usually.

But kobolds reach maturity stupid fast. DnD has them reach maturity at age 6 and Pathfinder at age 10; and while they may live over 100, they usually die young (16-20).

Is setting kobold ages to 20+ online just a normal thing to avoid having people think your OC is a child? Outside of that, are people making their OCs at their own age just to be relatable?
