I was under the impression one the High Voltage Battery recalls (24S79 or 26V091) impacted pretty much all the Ford PHEV's from 2020-2026.

But when I run the VIN of this used car, neither recall shows up. Is this unusual or might it get added later? Are there some versions that are confirmed to not have the issue?
