Eating every country in NYC

I want to compile a list of restaurants that serve food specific to national cuisines. Goal is to make a master list of all countries and visit one restaurant for each country in order to experience a taste of their national foods.

Certain countries will be easy; Thailand, China, France, Mexico - no problem. I have tons of options. I need specific recommendations for lesser known countries like Burkina Faso, Equitorial Guinea, Kiribati, Tuvalu etc.

If you know of a restaurant that serves food specific to a lesser known country, please post below!

It‘s a supermarket with decent prices and a wide variety of interesting products. I’ve enjoyed being a member there for the past 12 years and not once have I felt the need to voice my politics as I shop for imported cheeses and locally sourced meats.
