I think we can all agree that the Elation sustain (Nihilux or maybe s1 else) will definitely have a spd buff into their kit cause SW999 wants that.

With that in mind, we all know that Eva doesn't want to be too fast either else she runs out of CB so with this combo, if we run a non-spd boot on Eva, when the Elation sustain give spd buff in combat, Eva will then be at the 134 breakpoint or just a bit above that. Perfect.

Or maybe I'm just coping cause I have an atk boot in my build, who knows?
