I’m a receptionist at a medical facility in Arizona. We have patients who come in five days a week for classes, so we usually arrange transportation for them to avoid walking in the heat. Everyone’s rides are successfully scheduled except for one patient with American Indian Health Plan (AIHP) insurance. Every number I’ve tried says his plan isn’t eligible for transportation services, which seems unusual since it’s the only plan without transportation. Does anyone know who I can contact to resolve this? The patient only has to walk a short distance, but the heat makes it difficult for them to do so daily.

So Friday, I had $811 in my account. If I spend money and it is “processing” the amount still comes out of my account. So I had $811 available yesterday. I spent $587 on my car payment, then added $230 to my account, and sent my dad $450 via Zelle. I had $8 left in my account.

I checked my account on Saturday, I still had $8. So I went to do Uber Eats deliveries for extra money. I made $142 so I transferred that to my bank account. Now it says I only have $88 -_- WHAT??? HUH??? Where did the rest go? The only explanation would be that one of my previous purchases processed, but it had already come out before? So where did my money go?? Can anyone explain? I am hold with Bank of America now.
