Can I still say I participate in oshikatsu if I don't go all out for them?
I really love MEIKO and Hatsune Miku , I have a few figures for them but I won't do everything for them. I limit myself to spending about 80€ a month on merch (tho that isn't such a healthy amount...) and MEIKOs figures in specific are expensive and some rare. So, can I still participate in oshikatsu if I don't spend that much on them?
