I sent in my renewal on March 4th. My benefits end date was April 30th. I didn’t have any changes but they asked for some verification papers and I sent them in. I got a call on April 23rd asking for some clearer photos so I sent them in The next day. On the 28th I still didn’t have an update so I called and she said they needed me to write a statement about my situation so I sent that in right after the call, I asked her if I’d need to still wait for a phone interview but she said once I send those papers in that they will process them on the given date, which was the 30th. I still don’t have an update and I usually get my benefits on the 7th. I’m not sure what to do, has anyone been in this situation?
