Started spotting w very mild cramping yesterday (cd 55). Never had a temp spike more than 3 days so far this cycle. No normal pre- period symptoms like I usually do- tender breasts, major cramping, acne. Not sure what is going on

when do you think I ovulated?? has anyone else’s temp spiked last day of period and remained high for a week?
