My 30 days are up at enterprise on may 6th. The other driver is at fault, it was a hit and run and other driver didnt have insurance according to progressive. My car would of been completed by now if it wasnt for the inspector working like he gets paid under the table if he saves progressive money with false claims of pre existing damages based off his opinion when its obvious the damages were caused from the impact of being hit.

Dropped my car off on April 7th. I got the rental.

1st delay: inspector waiting till April 9th to inspect my car. Was informed about the airbag light being on after wreck etc. He didnt even inspect it.

2nd delay: claiming pre existing condition requiring bodyshop to remove unnecessary parts.

April 16th the inspector finally approves the body work.

3rd delay: claiming pre existing condition for air bag light. Still havent heard the decision. That's what's holding my car up. He didnt even include the airbag light in the check to the bodyshop.

4th delay: fixing or not fixing the air bag sensor. I look for him to say they wont approve the air bag light based on past interactions- even though the light wasnt on until I was hit.

So I most likely will need a rental car past 30 days due to his delays, investigations.

How do I go about getting the rental paid for past 30 days? Like I said the other driver was at fault as well.
