I asked around college and these succulents don’t seem to be owned by anyone, and people sometimes water them? but apparently it’s been a few years since they had a consistent carer.

I know how to save succulents generally, but one this size is kind of daunting to me.

I need advice on if it needs to be cut and where… i have done this with smaller succulents but not aloe, and not a plant this big 😭
And i’ll be replacing the soil with succulent soil since i think they used normal compost.
It’s severely dehydrated, i think this colour of the aloe is just stress?

And the smaller one next to it i think needs to be separated into different pots, and soil replaced, as it’s so compacted with not enough space.

would really appreciate some advice here 🙏🙏🩷
