A Canadian YouTuber is facing felony charges after prosecutors say he pepper-sprayed a man during a confrontation outside a California hardware store while filming content for his channel.

Richard Troyan, 48, who runs the YouTube channel “True North Transparency,” was charged with two felonies tied to an incident that took place outside an Ace Hardware store in Menlo Park on March 29.
