i'm worried about our dojo
for two weeks now, our dojo's swim bladder has basically lost all function. it's been gradually getting worse since he was treated and healed from columnaris(i think?) because of that, he had been in the hospital tank. it was a little while after his sister dojo had died (she had it come very severely very fast) and he had healed, that this problem began. it's been two weeks since then and he essentially lives at the top of the water now.
i found some info on this sub that we tried—especially "hand play" and what we kind of refer to as "burping" or "farting" him. that really seemed to work a lot, so we did it for quite a while. afterwards, we followed with the other advice of giving him an epsom salt bath (—where he did stay at the bottom for the last half!) and then tried to give him a pea. i dint think he ate a lot of it, but we felt good.
the next morning, it was like nothing happened. we tried to help a little more, but nothing we try is working. any advice for the next steps to take would be amazing. we love our weenie fish so much and it's so difficult to see him living like this, all i've been able to do at this point is move him into a gap that'll pin him close to the bottom for a bit.
any advice at am would be amazing
