I am beyond amateur. What am I doing well, where can I improve?

From a recent trip to Salzburg with my mom. A6100 with either the 16-50 kit lens or the 50-210 kit lens. I’m wondering if I’m being restricted by the gear I have or if I’ve even reached its peak yet. Wish there was some more detail. That’s why I think my lenses might be a bottleneck. Still don’t really know what I’m doing with LightRoom. I just go with what I think looks nice. Still just shooting on Superior Auto as well. Trying to just snap stuff quickly and worry about framing more than thinking about shutter speed and iso and all that. I can’t really do it quickly on the fly yet.
