Hello!

Title gives the background. Ive been diagnosed with other things too (dysautonomia, pots, mcas, hEDS, raynauds). I think ive been in a flare for a few weeks and im just overwhelmed right now and cant help but to cry lol. It's confusing and scary even though I have a name to it now. Allllll day today my heart rate has been high 30s to 40s but I feel fine. It shoots back up to 70s-90s and I still feel fine. Ive been dizzy all day every time I move but the weather has also been crazy so it could be my sinuses. I have so much salt and take medicine for mcas. My cardiologist gave me the lowest dose midodrine but im nervous it'll lower my heart rate even more and I'll ☠️ im tired if just not feeling good anymore. Im getting adrenaline dumps and im getting anxious again about my health. Someone tell me ill get better

Okay first, I have a second option I will post the screenshot in the comments.

I have 2 credit cards which together have a combined debt of 37,600.

If I pay $1000 a month for the first three months, then $1500 a month thereafter, how early do I pay off this loan? Which option is the better option?

Got an angry canker sore on my top lip. Tried every at home remedy i know and picked up prescription mouth wash.

I've had plenty of canker sores but none that made my lip feel tight and swell!

Someone please ease my mind and tell me you've had similar and I dont have a life threatening disease and im not going to die like my health anxiety is telling me
