Hi I’m not officially diagnosed, but everything else had been ruled out and I’m basically just awaiting confirmation.

Being cold all of the time is really affecting me, and I was wondering if this is common and if there are ways to help beyond wearing a duvet, which doesn’t even always help me get warm.

I’m currently inside, under a blanket, fully dressed. It’s 24 degrees Celsius inside my house and I’m freezing to the point of goosebumps and have chills pulsating through my body. Also burping pretty uncontrollably despite taking prescription antacids. This happens to me frequently so doesn’t appear to just be an infection.
