Recently I've been running into an issue where whenever I'm out and using data, some apps claim I'm offline. Whatsapp, Chrome, are working fine -- Wise, Reddit, local transports apps on the other hand are not working.

I've tried multiple fixes like:

- restarting my phone

- deleting cache of play store and the troublesome apps

- turning airplane mode on and off

- resetting network

- using 3G (this is working right now)

Some of these fix the issue for a couple of apps for a bit until they stop working again. When I'm using Wi-Fi they all work fine...

Anybody else experiencing this? Is it my network provider acting up?
