Lately, I've been experiencing a loose connection and audio cutting out in the right earcup of my headset. I purchased it on May 18, 2024, so it should still be under the 2-year warranty, but the claim process seems a bit complex. I couldn't reach chat support today because it's currently outside their working hours. Should I just wait to speak with them tomorrow, or is there a specific portal/step I need to follow to start the RMA process? I want to get this sorted quickly since my warranty expires in about two weeks.
