Obviously, we are not sleep training our little one (at least not yet!) He is 10 weeks old and not on a strict schedule yet because he’s so little. We follow wake windows of about 60 to 90 minutes, but usually he is showing sleepy cues on the shorter side of those wake windows. His naps are often about an hour long and he can nap in the snoo for the first couple of naps, but the afternoon is pretty much only carrier naps. We were doing a later bedtime around nine or 10 PM for a while, but he seemed very overtired and was struggling to make it that long so we shifted his bedtime and have been starting at 7:30 for a couple of weeks. He is in the snoo around 8. He’s usually awake for the day around eight or 8:30 AM. Regardless, with the later bedtime or the earlier bedtime, sometimes it takes him two+ hours to fully fall asleep. Bedtime routine is boob, change and swaddle, other boob, place in snoo awake. Once he is asleep, he will do a long stretch of about six hours or so. We have already tried moving bedtime earlier/later and adjusting that last wake window shorter/longer. Any other advice?
