I have had this issue on my neck & chin area that's making the skin there become darker, thinner and textured almost chicken-like. It started in my teens and got larger and larger for a while then stopped. I still have it after 12 years.

Doctor that diagnosed me with fibro as well as dermatologist told me it's probably immune system related and the body was attacking the skin there during a traumatic puberty. Recently I feel like it started getting expanding again after all these years despite medication and I'm scared it will move to my face.

Does anyone else have something similar? What do you do to reduce the appearance? Is there any treatment for this?
