My shop was suspended due to an error, but after a few emails back and forth, they reinstated my account on April 10th. The problem is, I haven't received a single deposit from Etsy since then. I have my schedule set to daily deposits, but nothing is going through. I've reached out to support chat, and they just keep telling me the funds will be sent "the next day." It's been about a week now, and still nothing.
When I tried emailing them, they mentioned something about a "hold," but where am I even supposed to check for that? To make matters worse, they've stopped replying to my emails entirely. Does anyone know what I should do next? Does the sellers get a hold when their account suspended and reinstated?
