Looking for fitness advice

Hey guys, so I just had a few questions about my routine, and calorie deficit. I am 6'0 172lbs as of this morning.

I have been working out for close to a month consistently (PPLUL), cardio everyday after and want to start doing abs as well on a rest day. I also am eating 1600-1700 calories a day trying to cut but getting around 100-150gs of protein. Getting over 120oz of water everyday and also taking a multi-vitamin. 10k steps most days as well. I used to work out a lot more but this is my first consistent streak back in the gym in over 8 months.

Is there any way I can speed up the fat loss as most of it is on my obliques and stomach. I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, just wanted some advice? Or any other things I should be doing other than staying consistent.

Also at what body fat percentage would be a good guestimate, 25-27%? I will also ask in r/whatismybodyfat just was wondering. Hope that is okay for this subreddit as it is not the main purpose of my post.
