Possible book used for production?
I found a copy of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in a charity shop in Chepstow. It’s been annotated as if for a script adaptation between chapters 9 and 13, for example things have been underlined and ‘voice-over’ has been written next to it. Sections have been crossed out and shortened, and character’s quotes have been summarised.
It’s been dated in the beginning as 29th March 2008, and I know that they hadn’t wrapped up filming of the Half-Blood Prince until May that year. The words ‘Film Ver 35’ (what I think it says) are written on the first page too.
I believe this book to have been used by a script writer or somebody who contributed to the story department. If anybody can corroborate this, or knows what it perhaps may have been used for, please reach out. Thanks!
