This photo is from a few years ago and it is unfortunately the only photo I can dig up of this fish but I was wondering if anybody could tell me what it is? I can’t remember for the life of me!

I tried to reverse image search and it kept telling me a pipefish but I feel like that’s not right. Any input would be appreciated!! Thank you!
