Hey folks, my wife and I bought a MY in March, waiting for delivery. We hastily purchased the Tesla level 2 charger at the same time without really looking into options. Through a lot of research, we found the Grizzl-e charger program with the payment for charging.
So we returned the Tesla charger and got the Grizzl-e.
We have been waiting almost 1 month for our refund for the charger, and keep getting dicked around by the chat saying it should have been refunded within 10 days. It reached its refund destination, and was accepted as a return. The chat people keep telling us to email support, but there is no email. Every time we find a contact, it's a bounce back email, or some generic response.
Does anyone know how to escalate this? Where to contact? We have proof of delivery and everything. Do we go to a sales centre? I would like my 700 bucks back Tesla.
