Does anybody else have an absolutely miserable time sending faxes as a staff member? We only have 1 HP printer hooked up to fax and it's so insanely slow it takes forever to send even just a couple of pages. If you have a packet or multiple? Forget about it, you'll be waiting AT LEAST an hour for everything to go through. We have to make copies of the back of any double sided papers people want to fax because it does NOT send faxes double sided. On top of that if it's insanely unreliable and sometimes won't detect documents in the feeder or the rollers will fail to properly pull in the documents or GRAB MULTIPLE AT THE SAME TIME, MAKING IT SKIP PAGES. This is especially common if the packets we're sending are thicker, which tends to happen BECAUSE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED HAVING TO MAKE COPIES OF THE BACK OF DOUBLE SIDED SHEETS. Out of all the services we offer it's the one that I GENUINELY dread the absolute most.
