Budget - Less than $200 is preferable but honestly whatever. If it costs less than going to the hospital for asthma I'll buy it.
Flooring - 70% carpet 30% engineered hardwood
Additional Needs - it's a pet friendly apartment and I'm allergic to most pets. I live here because it's close to work and cheap and everything else is pet friendly + carpets anyway so it's not like I had any choices that suited my needs. I just started having allergy flare-ups after moving in a month ago, so I assume the dandruff from the hallways finally accumulated on my carpet enough to bother me consistently
