I’m very nervous! I’ve already had the first interview and passed for the second one. The interview is with apollo a recruiter for cruises.
And it would be my first international experience. I’ve finished studying superior technical in gastronomy (ik I spelled that poorly) and I have almost 4 years of experience but I’m NERVOUS.
I know they will ask about
Temperature danger zone
Cuts names
Topical dishes (?)
Mother sauces
And to try to explain a dish to a sailor (in a friendly way)
The last one is the one that I fear the most. Any tips/ or just wish me luck T.T
