astarion broke up with me while i was cheese 😔
i’ve romanced astarion multiple times in previous tav campaigns but this is my first durge campaign and i’ve had more long rest events than usual. i hadn’t even realized i missed his act 2 confession scene to seal the romance until my dumb ass traipsed into the circus in act 3. i pissed off the djinni and he turned me into a cheese wheel which i’d never had happen before so i started a convo with astarion to see if he’d have anything to say about my succulent new dairy form and he proceeded to talk down to me - quite literally - and tell me i was a discardable means to an end all along. so i guess if you think you’ve royally fucked up your playthroughs before, at least take solace in knowing you’ve (probably) not been on the receiving end of a cheesified breakup. ☹️🧀💔
